"I came here alone," Joey answered.

"You did?"

Joey nodded and continued to walk inside.

The staff halted him again.

"Listen, kid, don't lie to me. How did you even get here by yourself? Okay, here's a suggestion: I'll take you to the security office, and then you can wait for your parents there, okay?"

Joey put on a straight face. He looked quite stoic.

The staff trembled, trying to hide Joey behind him. Before he could come up with an excuse, the foreman had already approached them and seen Joey.

"Is he your brother? Why did you bring your brother here?" The foreman stared at the staff's nervous face, immediately making a judgment.

“Didn't I tell you on your first day of work that children aren't allowed in here? You're bold for bringing your family in here!"
