Chapter: 1478
Odin's bodyguard inserted the U disk into the laptop and opened the folder. When he saw what was in it, his expression changed. He picked up the laptop and handed it to Odin.

Odin glanced at the screen, and his eyes turned cold.

Noticing Odin's reaction, Wallace immediately suspected Rachel had said something against him before he came.

"Mr. Sullivan, did this woman say something to you? You can't trust her! She's cunning! She deceived me! And now she's trying to frame me!"

“She deceived you?" Odin regarded him coldly and threw the laptop in front of him.

"Then explain to me what this is!"

With a thud, the Laptop fell to the floor.

The screen turned black for a second and lit up again.

Wallace hurried on his feet to pick it up and see what Odin meant.

A file with the name "data and blueprints" was shown on the screen.

He clicked it open and was surprised to find it empty.

"How did this happen?" Wallace had double-checked the file before coming to the office. Why was it empty now? “There must be something wrong with the U disk. I'll try it again."

With his slightly trembling hand, Wallace pulled out the U disk and inserted it back into the port. After a few seconds, the file was loaded into the laptop.

The nervous beating of his heart intensified as he navigated the cursor and clicked the file open, only to find it still empty.

Wallace stiffened. He looked up at Odin with fright and hurriedly explained, "You have to believe me, Mr. Sullivan. I checked the file before coming here. They were there earlier!"

Odin only looked at him darkly and didn't say anything.

Wallace broke into a cold sweat. Even though it was winter, he perspired profusely in dread and panic. He lowered his eyes and stared blankly at the empty folder.

Then he suddenly realized something and darted his eyes at Rachel.

"You did this, didn't you?"

Rachel feigned innocence and frowned as if she was hurt.

"Me? Why are you accusing me, Mr. Finch?"

"It's her, Mr. Sullivan!" Wallace approached Odin in desperation.

"She replaced the U disk! I'm sure of it!"

Hearing this, Rachel regarded Wallace lazily.

As expected, an intrinsically dumb person could never do better.
