He returned with an assortment of medications, around seven or eight different kinds, which Rachel found a bit overwhelming.

She prepared a packet of cold remedy granules, drank it, and sat on a small stool. Resting her elbows on her knees, she held her chin, gazing out of the tent's window. The large tent was well-equipped, even featuring two windows. Through them, the dark outside world was visible.

Against the backdrop of the night's dark sky, the stars and moon were much brighter.
