She put a piece of meat in her mouth, chewing distractedly. However, her thoughts scattered when a spicy taste hit her throat. Only then did she realize that it wasn't meat she just ate, but pepper.

Suddenly, a glass of water appeared in front of her.

Whilst choking and coughing, Rachel picked up the glass and gulped down the water as quickly as possible.

Finally, the burning sensation in her throat died down.

Her eyes fell on the empty glass in her hand, her brows furrowed in shock. If she remembered correctly, she didn't pour herself any water.
