Alberto observed Rachel, somewhat surprised by her appearance.

Having known each other for a while, he'd always seen her looking sharp. But this was the first time he'd caught her so relaxed and casual. She seemed a bit more down-to-earth than usual.

"How's your wrist? Does it still hurt?" Rachel wasn't bothered by how Alberto looked at her. She just glanced at his wrist and asked about it.

"Yes," Alberto replied quietly. He then asked softly, “Where are you going?"

The question made Rachel feel frustrated.
