Rachel was reviewing the report from their last assignment when Mandy's question caught her off guard. She looked up and asked, “What do you mean? Aren't we headed back to Trevinia together?"

"No official request was made, right? Today, I heard that Mr. Gibson suggested taking a rest for about two weeks after wrapping up the project investigation and then diving into the internal bidding hosted by the Gibson Group. It seems a bit rushed to go back right away. We could explore some nearby cities. I haven't visited them yet,"

Mandy explained.

Rachel had a rough night's sleep. Maybe the impending end of the investigation strained her. She felt a bit drowsy during the morning meeting and didn't pay close attention.
