Averie hadn't told her who had given her that task the other night and Rachel had been thinking about confronting her about it in person.

Out of nowhere, someone handed Rachel a bottle of water. A deep voice said, "You look like you didn't sleep well last night."

She looked up, surprised to see Alberto. She hadn't noticed when he came over. The rest of the team had already left in pairs and small groups for Lunch.

She took the bottle from him, but before she could thank him, he said, "Don't stress too much about Averie. It's not worth it."

He thought she was thinking about Averie's recent miscarriage.
