Chapter: 1228
“I identified her. The individual who placed the blades is named Sallie Hilton. She's just a regular person from Bellfolk. Her motives are still unclear. Here are her personal details."

It was surprising that Ethan acted quicker than T. Nevertheless, although he had apprehended her, he certainly lacked the in-depth information T possessed.

Amy approached Sallie with aggression, shoved the organizer aside, and slapped Sallie hard across the face.

“Why did you place blades on the piano? What were you trying to achieve?"

She yanked the handkerchief from Sallie's mouth and demanded, “Explain yourself!"

Nora also stared at Sallie, awaiting a response.

Sallie truly appeared unremarkable. Her plain looks and average build emphasized her ordinariness. Even when slapped, she merely Lowered her head, offering no rebuttal.

The organizer pulled the frantic Amy away and attempted to soothe her, saying, “Please calm down. We will deal with this and provide you with a satisfactory solution."

Ethan strolled to the sofa across from Nora and took a seat. “Nora, I have no doubt your performance would have been flawless if not for the unforeseen incident."

Nora, however, was not in the mood. “Thank you," she replied curtly.

Nonetheless, she was genuinely taken aback to see someone she never expected to encounter again not only reappear but also assist her.

"Nora, you excel at both piano playing and racing. When shall we race again? I've discovered a new racing venue."

He had been practicing “flying” a car, though his success rate remained low due to frequent failures.

He coveted Nora's racing prowess, finding it thrilling either to compete against her or to ride as her passenger.

“Feel free to bring your boyfriend along."

“He's not my boyfriend!" Nora retorted.

Glancing at Sean, Nora denied, "Regarding racing, do you really think I'm capable of it right now?"

Hearing her denial, Sean pursed his lips, a flicker of disappointment evident in his eyes.

Seeing Nora's hands heavily bandaged, Ethan fell silent, then glared at Sallie with anger.

This was entirely her fault. If not for her actions, Nora would have accepted his invitation following the piano competition!

Meanwhile, despite Amy's relentless questioning, Sallie stayed silent.

Amy sneered, “Alright, let's involve the police. Let's see if they can get you to talk."

Phillip halted Amy just as she was about to dial, "Allow me to try."

Amy questioned skeptically, "You can make her talk?"
