Chapter: 1335
He hadn't forgotten about recruiting Moon for Sacredice. After all, someone with her skills would be nothing short of invaluable.

Thinking it over, he typed “Huntley” into the forum's search bar, and the results that appeared made him frown.

"Huntley is closely linked with the mafia family in Surella. Does anyone know why?"

"Does anyone know Huntley?"

"There's a large bounty on Huntley's head. Name your price if you can take him out."

The hacker forum was a grand hub of information. Anything online, they could track it down and post it here.

Huntley seems to be quite the “notorious figure" here, though Sean had never heard of him.

This Huntley was based in Surella, causing Sean to lose interest in him.

After all, Norah, having grown up on the streets, couldn't possibly have ties to someone in Surella. He had tasked T with gathering intel on individuals named Huntley Frazier in the country.

Sean exited the search and rubbed the bridge of his nose.

Since Norah woke up, and after their recent in-depth conversation, Sean had been contemplating the future of their relationship.

He didn't blame Norah for being secretive; it simply reflected a lack of trust. He understood this and didn't want to push her to share more.

Yet, he couldn't help but get jealous seeing his girlfriend getting close to another man.

They were both wrestling with insecurities. Sooner than later, he ought to find a way to earn Norah's complete trust.

With this in mind, he called Phillip.

"Phillip, I need you to reach out to a pharmaceutical lab for me. You remember those herbs Norah asked you to gather at Hander Land, right? Make sure to stock up on them.”

Though Phillip was clueless about his boss's intentions, he agreed without question.

The following day, Sean went to the hospital to see Norah. He was in a good mood. He had thought it carefully the night before.

Norah mentioned she liked him, which meant he had outshined the other suitors and become the exception.

His only task now was to mend things with her. He didn't need to concern himself with any rivals.

In the ward, Norah had just awakened. Assisted by Gilda, she freshened up and ate her breakfast.

"Good morning, Norah," Sean greeted her with a warm tone.

Norah also smiled and responded, "Good morning, Sean."

Starting a conversation was effortless in such a calm setting. Sean settled into the chair next to her bed. "How was everything yesterday?"
