Chapter: 192
Coyle and Emerson exchanged glances. That was what went down with the guy strumming on the guitar.

After saying that, the manager left the backstage to handle things.

After looking at the stage, Coyle returned with a grim face. “Emerson, it's that same guy from before, but this time, he's got three more with him."

“Let's check it out," Emerson suggested.

Kris lounged on the sofa, messing around on her phone, uninterested in what was happening outside.

Emerson and Coyle stepped out. They spotted three guys and a woman standing on the stage, bathed in light.

First came the bass, belting out a recent hit tune.

After the intro faded, the singer's voice came. "Clouds are like the sky's dreams, bringing in a touch of sadness. Do you feel it..."

The crowd was still scratching their heads over the band's sudden shift. But once they caught wind of the sweet melody, they couldn't help but swing with the rhythm.

Upon witnessing the audience's positive reaction, Coyle and Emerson couldn't hide their frustration.

Zeke's band showcased remarkable synergy. The drummer and bassist seamlessly integrated impromptu elements while the singer perfectly aligned with their cues.

Caught up in the performance, Joanna exclaimed, "You've got a knack for spotting talent!"

Norah offered a humble smile in response.

Being in a band for years, Norah had an eye for talent. Zeke's dedication to music and how he protected his guitar the other day impressed her. Zeke's band had potential. It would be a pity if they didn't get their shot in the spotlight.

When Norah asked about their circumstances, Phoebe shared, "I'm a married mother. My family opposes my involvement in the band, urging me to focus on being a stay-at-home mom. But music is my dream, one I wasn't ready to abandon despite the pressures."

Merlin and Rodger added, “Our backgrounds aren't affluent enough to chase our dreams unattended. We only pursued this opportunity because Zeke promised us a chance to perform here, at Glamour Club."

Observing his bandmates' disheartened states, Zeke glanced at Norah before saying, "I told you the truth! Miss Wilson's word is our chance to break out."

Phoebe raised her head and asked, "Why are you interested in helping us gain recognition?"

Norah was transparent with her intentions, gesturing toward Rosy Secret, performing downstairs from a distance, and said, "I aim to displace them. That's what I'm working toward."

The revelation left Phoebe, Rodger and Merlin in awe!

Zeke's bandmates raised their eyebrows. Take down Rosy Secret? It seemed to them Norah had her head up in the clouds. Rosy Secret was quite a popular force. What made Norah believe that their band could take on Rosy Secret?

“I am certain my band can pull this off," Zeke calmly announced.

Norah had approved of their band. With Norah's support and help, the band would definitely make it.

"In that case, your band needs a name," Norah said.
