Chapter: 565
A wave of remorse washed over Norah, realizing how her personal pursuits had unwittingly led her to neglect cherished connections.

She affirmed, "I'd like that. I'll make time to visit and catch up with your wife soon."

Gil acknowledged with a nod, “It's a promise, then. I'll let her know to expect you. Don't leave us hanging."

Upon her return, Norah found her schedule quite packed.

Following her farewell to Gil, Norah prepared to return to Joanna's ward, yet hesitated at the thought of Kason.

Given her proximity, Norah resolved to visit Kason. She took a moment to reflect on Kason's condition.

As she approached Kason's ward, Norah coincidentally encountered Kaiden and Spencer arriving together.

“Norah, you've returned." Kaiden, a fan of Norah, greeted her with eyes alight as he eagerly approached. "I haven't seen you in quite some time. I've truly missed your presence."

Norah regarded Kaiden with indifference. "Smooth talker."

Norah nodded at Spencer and greeted him casually.

Feeling at ease due to their younger age, Norah felt comfortable adopting a more casual demeanor around both Kaiden and Spencer.

Spencer followed closely behind Norah, informing her, “Norah, things in Glamour Club are all set up as you required. Should you need anything further, just let me know."

Before departing for Otland, Norah forwarded the Dream's schedule to Spencer, tasking him with coordinating the band's performance at the Glamour Club. The current lack of fame for the band was inconsequential. Over time, its renown would inevitably grow.

“Okay, thank you, Spencer."

Spencer mentioned, "By the way, tonight's performance will feature Rosy Secret and Dream. Norah, if you're available, you might want to check it out."

Spencer had not been closely monitoring the club's performance schedule, but Norah's request prompted him to acquaint himself with the details. He pondered why Norah paid particular attention to Dream.

Leading the way, Kaiden opened the door and inquired, "Norah, what motivates your support for this band? What's the significance?"

As matters remained unsettled, Norah opted to refrain from delving into uncertain subjects extensively. "It pertains to my business."

The implication was that it was not up for discussion.

Understanding her meaning, Kaiden refrained from further inquiries, instead stating, "Kason, Norah is here to see you."

The man reclining on the bed stirred.

Kason found himself in a state of disorientation, partly due to his slumber. The sound of Kaiden's voice only added to his confusion. Was it Norah?

Gradually, clarity seeped into his mind. Kason opened his eyes and sat up with the help of his hands. Despite the severity of the gunshot wound on his leg, the strength in his upper body enabled him to perform basic movements independently.

“Nora, you've returned," Kason said.
