It puzzled Shayla why her mother, who had initiated the visit to her aunt, would become so upset at the mention of her.

Norah proceeded to Jamison's office to request some time off.

After getting her leave approved, Norah turned to leave.

“Just came from Gil's place. He's got these great things, Mind Clearing Pill and Body-nourishing Pill. I heard that you made them.

Can I buy some? Don't worry about the price, I'm willing to pay the standard price."

He was unaware that Norah had personally crafted these items, assuming they were quality goods she acquired from Otland.

"How many do you have? I'll check if I can buy them all."

Observing Jamison's eagerness, Norah found it amusing, thinking he was certain she would sell the items to him.

She was confident Gil hadn't disclosed her secret; Jamison's assumption was likely just a misunderstanding.
