He stretched out his hand and gave her a slap on the butt.
Horrified, Lilliana screamed, seized her suitcase, and escaped.
As her silhouette vanished into the distance, the man sneered with contempt.
"Given her stick-thin figure, which rich man would actually prefer her? What an odd preference!"
“Enough talk, let's get on with it. Toss her belongings far enough that she'll never recover them. Mr. Hewitt insists she finds nowhere to settle," the landlord said.
The men quieted down and began their task.
Meanwhile, Lilliana walked along the street, her suitcase in tow, tears brimming in her eyes.
In just three months, her world had been turned on its head.
And it was all because of Kaitlin!
If only Kaitlin hadn't demanded a divorce out of the blue, Alan could never have paid extra attention to her.

It was saved under Ash, whom everyone thought was dead.
With a hesitant bite of her lip, she pressed the call button.
Alan resolved all the problems and initiated his plan to regain Kaitlin's affections. He relocated to the house adjacent to hers, intending to be near her and provide support.
Dylan managed to arrange everything in the new home in just an afternoon.
Upon arriving home, Kaitlin noticed the neighboring door ajar.
Curiosity drew her to peek, just as Alan emerged.
“Why are you here? Are you the new neighbor?" she asked.
Alan responded with a grin, "Indeed, I am."
He walked towards her confidently and stopped just in front of her.
"I'm celebrating my housewarming today. Would you honor me by joining me for dinner?"
"Housewarming?" Kaitlin almost chuckled.
"I've already made dinner. I don't have many friends around here, so your company would mean a lot to me," he continued.
