Dominic eyed the document but didn't open it. "A contract already? You drafted this so quickly to force me into this partnership?"

Booker's brow furrowed. He was perplexed by the accusation since this was standard procedure. If Dominic had no intention of cooperating, why agree to meet privately again? Why not reject it outright?
