Chapter: 1095
"The result will be the same, so there's no use in delaying.”
"I really don't like this side of you!"
"I've promised that once you're six months pregnant, I'll do anything you say. Even if your parents hit me or curse me, I'll endure it."
Aimee gave him a quick look, her lips twitching slightly.
Hit him? Curse him?
Could she really overlook how horrible the earlier call from Siena was?
“You previously mentioned that Siena was framed, correct? She never intended to lie to you."
"However, if she hadn't targeted me from the start, we wouldn't be in this mess."
If Siena hadn't had any ulterior motives, he wouldn't have become like this.
It was clear that Aimee was scared, and Nikolas certainly wasn't oblivious to it.
“The punishment you're giving out is way too harsh! That guy."
"What's his name... he won't survive without the operation, will he ?"
"Doesn't he deserve to die?"
Aimee found herself at a loss for words.
“Aimee, consider yourselves fortunate that I intervened before you completed that procedure! If not, I would have them all pay!"
A cold sweat formed on Aimee's palm.
Realizing his words were overly stern, Nikolas allowed a smile to break across his face, swiftly reverting to his usual carefree, mischievous attitude.
“Don't worry. I would never treat you like that."
He clasped her hand and caressed it softly.
With dry Lips, Aimee whispered softly, “Could you let them go, please?"
“No." Nikolas’ eyes narrowed sharply. “That man, Marvin, dared to insult my child, and for that, he must accept the consequences!"
His demeanor could be friendly and welcoming when he was in high spirits, but that didn't imply he was consistently kind.
Jonathan was the only person who could get away with insulting him.
“Even then, he doesn't deserve to die."
