"Alright, anything you want," Jonathan said, gripping her hand more tightly and smiling. "Bates Group has a team of talented female attorneys who'd gladly contribute."

Bethany looked up at Jonathan, feeling her eyes mist up, barely holding back tears. "Why do you always support me? Aren't you worried you'll spoil me too much?"

"Not at all. I'd rather indulge you so much that no one else could ever measure up."
