Bethany stood at a distance, listening. Her eyes rested on B7, and a slight smile formed on her Lips.

Ever since Jonathan had taken him under his wing, B7 had undergone a noticeable change. Despite still dressing like a moody teenager, his voice and presence now carried traces of hope and positivity.

Feeling her gaze, B7 glanced in her direction.

After a moment's pause, he suddenly asked, “Can we talk?"

Before Bethany could reply, he quickly added, “Don't worry. I won't ask you to be my girlfriend. Now that Jonathan is my boss, I wouldn't dare."
