The man blinked, his grin faltering.

He stared at her for a moment, then, perhaps deciding there was no winning this one, got up and left. He glanced back a few times as he walked away.

Perhaps he thought it was a shame that someone as stunning as her was off the dating radar and not interested in flirting.

Mia rolled her eyes. The audacity of some men never ceased to amaze her. Did they all think they were irresistible? None of them came close to Calvin anyway.
