"Should you choose to hold on to your pride and pass up this chance, that's your decision to make. Yet, from my perspective, declining wouldn't signify integrity or responsibility. It would suggest to me that you are merely talking a big game without the fortitude to follow through, lacking the perseverance and drive required."
