Aside from receiving a message from Naomi asking if she wanted to go shopping, Mia spent most of her time at Joisea Mansion, enjoying peaceful days with her parents.

"Mia, I feel like you've grown up a lot lately," Nikolas remarked. His tone wasn't lighthearted or relieved; it was laced with concern.

"Really? I don't feel any different," Mia replied casually, her focus still on her phone. It felt just like her last visit home.

Nikolas sighed quietly before heading to the master bedroom. Moments later, he returned with a card in his hand and placed it on the table. "There's five million dollars on this card. Your sister called earlier asking for money to travel. I want to be fair, so however much I give her, I'll give you the same."

Mia looked up and smiled. "Dad, I really don't need money! Besides, how can you compare me to Aleena? I have a job now, and she's still a student."
