Chapter: 842
She had succumbed to him in a matter of minutes.

“At least no one would suspect us of doing the dirty in there,"

Caden teased her.

Alicia huffed and glared at him. "I thought you'd gone insane after you rolled down a hill and hit your head when you did it to me in the hot springs. It turns out you just Like doing this kind of thing."

"Yep," Caden said and nodded. "And there will be no reprieve for you tonight."

Alicia's jaw fell, her eyes growing wide as saucers.

They emerged into the underground parking lot, and Caden escorted Alicia to her car.

"Were you worried that I would actually hand you over to Corey?" he quipped as he open the driver's side door for her.

Indeed, Alicia had feared the worst. It hadn't entirely left her, either.

“Even if you planned to, I would never let you," she retorted. “You said it yourself - I'm not a commodity you can barter to your advantage."

Caden knew she had been worried, but he said nothing else and just smiled.

He recalled how pale her face had been, how innocent her voice had sounded when she asked, “Did you agree to the deal?"

She was simply too endearing.

Alicia, the woman who never uttered a single romantic word, had already devoted herself to him. She might not know it yet, but Caden did.

Needless to say, he was in a fantastically good mood. He closed the car door, told her to drive safely, and waited for her to put her seatbelt on.

Alicia started the engine, but before driving away, she turned to Caden and asked, "How will you handle Corey?"

"I have a plan."

Caden then returned upstairs and called Hank into his office. “Pick a cup that costs less than seven thousand dollars and deliver it to Corey personally," he instructed.

Hank was visibly confused. “Why a cup, of all things? Isn't that supposed to be a gift between lovers?"

"I'm talking about the kind a man uses under the covers in the dead of the night," Caden clarified.

Hank's expression changed drastically. "That might be an even worse idea," he said, unsure of how to feel about his orders.

“It's a token between men," Caden remarked with a shrug. "He's acting like a touch-starved, sex-crazed degenerate. He should appreciate it."

Swallowing his embarrassment, Hank took his leave and went on to carry out his task.

When Corey received the gift, he just happened to be with Yolanda.

She grew excited when she heard that it was from Caden, and insisted on opening the box herself.

Yolanda's eyes sparkled with curiosity as she took the item out and inspected it. She had never seen anything like it before. "What is this?"

Corey glanced over, barely interested in the delivery.

He might not have used one himself, but he had seen it plenty of times.

Corey used to frequent places of debauchery and indulgence. And while he had never engaged with the women in that industry, he had been exposed to his fair share of risqué situations.

The only thing that came to mind at the moment was how generous Caden was, to have gifted him with a global top-quality brand.
