Chapter: 1738
Realizing he wasn't going to pursue the conversation, she sighed deeply, stood up, and said, “I'm going to the restroom."

With that, Rachel left the table.

Alberto watched her leave, his hand tightening on his fork, lips pressed tightly together. Shortly after, Dewey knocked and entered, approaching Alberto.

"Sir, I saw Miss Bennet just leave. She..."

"She went to the restroom." Alberto said softly.

Dewey glanced towards the private room's restroom, his brow furrowing.

Wasn't there a restroom inside? Why did she leave to use another?

Could there be an issue with the one here?

“What's the matter?" Alberto inquired once more, interrupting Dewey's uncertainty.

Dewey quickly regained his composure. With a serious expression, he said, "Sir, Odin Sullivan has arrived."

Alberto narrowed his eyes.

"How long has he been here?"

"He's been here for about half an hour. It looks like a business dinner. I've heard that Sullivan Group has recently signed deals on several projects, so this dinner is likely connected to the project they have their eyes on.”

Alberto lowered his eyelashes, his gaze deep and mysterious, lost in contemplation for a moment before he asked slowly, "Where did Rachel go?"

“The restroom on the left."

Meanwhile, Rachel came out of the restroom, wiping her hands with a tissue. As she did, two men exited the adjacent men's restroom. They had a slight flush to their faces and a subtle aroma of alcohol clung to their clothes.

The two men walked ahead of her, arms over each other's shoulders.

One of them exclaimed with a big laugh, “If we can pull off a successful partnership with Sullivan Group this time, we'll be making a fortune! We're bound to make a big name for ourselves, buddy."

“Who would've imagined such an incredible opportunity would fall right into our laps?"

"Let's not put it like that. We need to acknowledge our dedication and efforts We've come a long way, and with a bit more dedication, we can firmly establish ourselves in Apliaria!"

"Absolutely! Let's go, we shouldn't leave Mr. Sullivan waiting."

The two carried on walking with joyful expressions, while Rachel came to a halt in her tracks.

Mr. Sullivan...

Odin was here as well?
