Turning around, Bart strode towards his desk and stowed away the photograph in a drawer before saying, "Come in."

Then the door was pushed open, and Bart looked up to find Nolan entering the room.

"Mr. Gibson," Nolan's tone was neutral as he approached the desk, arms laden with contracts and folders. Bart's gaze drifted down to the paperwork.

Before Nolan could finish his words, Bart parted his thin lips slightly, tapping his fingertips on the table. “You can put them on the table. I'll check them later."

“Okay," Nolan responded, slightly taken aback but nodding nonetheless.
