Chapter: 674
"Did he go for a drink yesterday?' As Joey thought about it, a figure came into view. Before he could react, he heard a familiar voice.

“Victor, do you feel better now? I think you should go and rest.”

Susan got out of the car with a concerned expression.

Last night, after Victor and Carson drank, Victor suffered from a stomachache.

Susan tossed and turned because of what Victor had said to her. She couldn't help but call to ask him about the wedding. However, Carson had answered the phone, informed her where Victor was, and then hung up.

When she reached the top floor of Sullivan Group, Victor was alone.

Although he must have taken some painkillers, his face was still pale.

Susan was worried and asked him to go back and rest, but he refused.

Later, he realized that he had forgotten some documents at Sue Garden, so he decided to go home and change his clothes.

"No need," Victor said in a low voice.

"Wait in the car."

Susan opened her mouth a couple of times to say something but thought better of it. She just forced a smile as she clenched her fists. 'He will never care, no matter how much I care for him. He will never listen to me.'

"Okay," she said as she forced a smile. Suddenly, she saw a Little boy from the corner of her eye. Her smile froze, and she asked,

"Victor, who is that?"

Victor followed her gaze. He, too, was surprised when he saw who it was. He had not expected Joey to be awake so early in the morning.

After all, it was only six o'clock.

Susan couldn't help but get nervous. ‘He. He looks exactly Like

Victor!

“A friend's child," Victor replied expressionlessly.

However, Susan's suspicion didn't subside. Seeing Joey's face, she felt an indescribable sense of impending crisis. And she couldn't explain why.

The moment Joey saw Susan, his impression of Victor, which had just gotten a bit better, was shattered in an instant. Sure enough, he just couldn't trust other people's words. Victor was just scum! ‘This man already bought another woman home! Should I believe that he was looking forward to my birth? What a bunch of crap! When this woman gets pregnant, he will probably forget about that child!'

Joey glared at Susan's belly subconsciously as if she was already pregnant.

"So, we meet again." Joey calmed down and walked towards Susan with an innocent look on his face.

Susan unknowingly took a step back. She suddenly realized what he said, forced a smile and asked, “Little boy, have we met before?"

“Did you forget me so soon?" Joey pouted, showing his disappointment.
