Sheri Avila, the arrogant woman, had been coddled by everyone at the research institute and expected deference from everyone except the director. This was the first time she had encountered someone from the institute who had failed to acknowledge her.

Sheri was merely out for study over a week at the headquarters and couldn't fathom Norah's lack of greetings upon laying eyes on her.
