Chapter: 578
Nora had too much to drink. As a matter of fact, she began to feel dizzy.

The phone in her bag vibrated twice, prompting her to take it out.

She had two messages from Sean. The first read, “It's getting late.

I'll pick you up."

The second message read, “I'm here. Where are you?"

The first message had been sent about 30 minutes ago. Norah was so engrossed in drinking that she didn't even notice her phone vibrate.

"I'm in a chamber. It's on the third floor," she texted back with the room number.

Norah lifted her head slowly. Everyone seemed flushed except for Joanna, who took gentle sips from her glass. It seemed they were all drunk.

Norah stood up and said to Joanna, “Sean is here to pick me up.

Since Bryson is drunk, I'll take you back to the hospital first."

Bryson sat up abruptly at Norah's words and retorted sharply, “Who said I was drunk? No, I'm not drunk! I can have more drinks. Spencer, Kaiden, get up and have more drinks!"

It was exactly the same as how Joanna looked when she was drunk.

Joanna shook her head and said, "My brother can't drive in this state. I rather go with you, Norah."

"Alright."

Right then, the door swung open, and a man entered, silhouetted against the light. Though the dim light somewhat masked his face, he was undeniably handsome with his height, broad shoulders and refined facial features. His every move radiated an air of nobility, as though he commanded the world, projecting an unparalleled sense of aristocracy. The sleek black suit accentuated his slim build and narrow waist.

When his flawless appearance emerged into the dim light inside the chamber, onlookers were instantly captivated by him.

Sean's gaze seemed distant and detached, while his face was immaculate and well-groomed. His face was pristine, every feature meticulously groomed. A straight, prominent nose sat between his eyes, which gleamed with depth, like a universe of stars captivating all who looked into them. His figure was illuminated by Light and shadow, adding allure to him.

"I'm here, honey." Sean accurately spotted Norah amid the crowd, causing his voice to naturally soften. His icy demeanor softened, but solely in Norah's presence.

As Joanna spun around at Sean's words, she found her gaze glued on Sean's striking face, interrupting her intention to help Bryson up.

She had to admit Sean was undeniably handsome. She sincerely felt happy for Norah's relationship with Sean.

Joanna's mind then shifted to Norah and Sean's future children, wondering how good-looking they would be. Sean seemed perfect in every aspect, be it his face or his figure. That was the man worthy of an outstanding woman like Norah.

Norah was rapturous to see Sean. Slightly tipsy, she stumbled forward and flung herself into his embrace. “Darling.”

Usually, Norah would be the one helping her drunk friends home, but this time, Sean was here to pick her up. “What should we do? They're all drunk."

Alice was intoxicated. She leaned against the wheelchair, her head held up as though she was singing.
