Chapter: 186
The force wasn't harsh, but the expulsion was still a deep humiliation for her.

"Security! Get her out now!" Nora shouted.

It was obvious that the entire studio had turned against her.

While most onlookers simply watched the drama unfold, they at least refrained from openly mocking her.

However, being ejected from the studio was humiliating enough to make Whitney tear up in frustration.

Her emotions surged chaotically as the studio doors slammed shut behind her. No one came to offer help.

Clutching her box of personal items, Whitney rounded a corner and stumbled, falling to the ground.

Her ankle twisted in her high heels, becoming red and swollen as pain shot through it.

As she lay there, unsettling whispers seemed to echo around her, heightening her distress.

Realizing she was slipping into another episode, Whitney panicked.

She had a history of bipolar disorder.

Her hands shook as she frantically searched her bag for her medication, but it was nowhere to be found.

Whitney realized she had left her medication at home as she left for work.

Suddenly, a woman appeared in front of her, slowly lowering herself to eye level.

"It hurts, doesn't it? Perhaps only death can give you peace."

Ashley's voice, soft and eerie, only added to Whitney's confusion as she struggled to make out the figure through her blurred vision.

“It's all Kaitlin's fault," Ashley murmured as she placed a knife before Whitney.

Squinting, Whitney picked up the knife, her hands trembling.

“Just cut, and you'll escape all this pain. That wretch Kaitlin will pay for what she's done to you. Don't worry, I'll ensure she suffers too."

Ashley's chilling words seemed to echo around Whitney, further clouding her already muddled thoughts.

Deprived of her medication, Whitney found herself slipping into despair.

The mention of Kaitlin's name sent her into a spiral of rage.

"Kaitlin! I hate you!" she screamed, slashing the knife across her own wrist in a fit of fury.

Ashley disappeared into the shadows just as a passerby stumbled upon the scene.
