Chapter: 303
She pulled out her phone and adjusted the angle.

Alan appeared somewhat reserved, but he still leaned in close.

“Come on, smile," Kaitlin pleaded in a sweet tone.

Almost instinctively, Alan wrapped his arms around Kaitlin's waist and smiled.

Their smiles were captured on her phone screen. Kaitlin checked the photo and was quite pleased with it.

"Not bad. Let's head back." Kaitlin set the photo as her phone's wallpaper, cherishing the joy captured in that moment.

The second round of the competition was due in two days. During that time, the organizers kept Kaitlin busy with several activities and interviews.

There was a good response to the Estresa Element Design Competition on the Internet, and Kaitlin had occupied more than half of the topics.

Even if Kaitlin wanted to rest, it wasn't possible.

Alan had traveled to Estresa primarily to support Kaitlin, so he spent much of his time backstage while she was working.

Their affection was obvious, and they paid little mind to onlookers.

Many backstage staff members were whispering about their relationship and engaging in gossip.

"I heard that Kay used to be Mr. Hewitt's wife. They split because they couldn't get along, but maybe that's not the whole story.”

“Of course, the Hewitt family is wealthy. With families Like that, there's always some complexity. Without hearing it straight from them, how can anyone be sure of the details?"

"They do look well-suited for each other, though. One's a successful businesswoman, and the other's a CEO."

“Is Kay is pregnant with..."

ALL sorts of rumors were flying around, but nobody would dare speak ill of Alan.

Outside of his interactions with Kaitlin, he always appeared indifferent and trying.

Kaitlin had just finished an event and headed backstage to change.

Alan came behind her and his frown deepened upon seeing her pale face. “Are you tired?" he asked with concern.

After taking a sip of water, Kaitlin let out a relieved sigh. "I've been sitting for too long. I just need a little rest."

It was particularly hot today, and it was somewhat stifling without air conditioning.

Kaitlin, who was usually sensitive to her surroundings, felt uneasy in her heavy attire.

“Come on, let's get you home to rest," Alan said.
