Chapter: 1082
Otherwise, she wouldn't have agreed to meet Nikolas.
However, after some days of reflection, she concluded that Nikolas was not the right partner for her.
They were incompatible in every aspect, which led to the situation with Siena.
Perhaps she could receive more affection from Nikolas than Siena did, but she might end up in a similar position. If she were to have a child then, making a decision would be even harder!
Would she divorce and take their child, facing the future as a single mother?
Or would she divorce and leave the child with the Bennett family? In that case, she would worry about the child and never feel at peace.
Neither option appealed to Aimee.
"You're set on having an abortion, aren't you?" Nikolas understood her intent. “Aimee, you're too logical. You don't love me at all!”
He had fallen deeply in love with Aimee, learning firsthand that love could be blind and courageous, regardless of everything.
Just like Jonathan did for Bethany, he was prepared to sacrifice his pride and status.
Despite repeated rejections, he felt compelled to come and wait for her!
But Aimee remained so composed that she could analyze everything meticulously and choose the best path for herself.
Clearly, she did not love him.
“Think whatever you Like. I just want nothing to do with you."
Aimee turned to leave.
Nikolas, saying nothing, clenched his fists and followed her.
Aimee thought Nikolas merely intended to escort her home, so she said nothing. But as she opened her apartment door and was about to close it, he suddenly placed his hand on the door frame!
It was so close that Aimee nearly injured his hand!
“Nikolas, have you lost your mind?"
"I Lost my mind the day I fell for you! I've not been myself since!"
With his eyes locked on her face, Nikolas said, "Aimee, if you're willing to break my hand, go ahead and close the door!"
“Have you lost your mind?"
"Then close the door! Do it!" Nikolas even reached with his other hand to hold the doorknob that Aimee was holding and yelled fiercely, "Close it! Go on, break my hand!"
Luckily, Aimee gripped the doorknob firmly and didn't let him take it.
