Coming out from the restroom, Nikolas spotted Wilton Lounging on a sofa, two women draped on either side. Wilton's eyes lit up the moment he saw Nikolas. "It's been ages. What, did you forget about your old friends just because you're married now?"

Nikolas grabbed his phone from the table, slipping it into his jacket pocket without even looking at it. “I've got my daughter to think about. No time for you lot."

“Tsk! So cold. Wrapped around your daughter's finger, huh? Or is it your wife who's got you so tightly wound?" Wilton teased.

“Don't bring her up." Nikolas’ expression turned cold as he picked up a glass and downed it in one go.
