Chapter: 515
Seeing her distress, Aimee approached and reassured her, “Don't worry. Jayson has already said he's coming back with Rowan. What are the odds he'll be intercepted on the way?"

"I can't help but worry! Bates Group has eyes all over Odonset. I'm unsure which street they might be stopped on." As long as she was in Odonset, Bethany felt constantly uneasy.

She felt like on pins and needles.

"That's unlikely! Jonathan isn't even sure Rowan is his son yet. I doubt he'd conduct such an extensive search for him."

"I hope so," Bethany replied, though a storm of worry brewed within her.

After this incident, Jonathan would undoubtedly investigate, as he always did.

As they continued their conversation, Jayson's car pulled up downstairs.

Aimee hollered, “Bethany! They're back!"

Without bothering to change her slippers, Bethany dashed downstairs.

Her tears streaming uncontrollably when she laid eyes on Rowan's small face.

“Rowan, you nearly gave me a heart attack!"

“I'm sorry, Mommy," Rowan apologized, clearly rattled by her tears.

“It's my fault. I shouldn't have run off Like that!"

"No. It's my fault for not giving you enough love!"

She had been so focused on earning more money and making her own decisions about when to leave the country and keep her children company, but she never stopped to think if the kids could accept it.

Bethany felt a pang of guilt.

Witnessing their emotional reunion, Aimee found herself misty-eyed.

Jayson approached, giving Aimee a reassuring pat on the shoulder.

“Let's give them some space," he suggested.

"Alright."

The instant Nola's eyes fluttered open in the room, she saw her brother standing before her.

She was so astonished that words completely escaped her.

"Rowan?" she gasped, incredulous.

“Why the surprised look? It's me. Rowan sauntered over and plopped down beside Nola."
