Chapter: 516
As exuberant as ever, Nola hugged Rowan tightly and showered him with kisses, much to his chagrin.

Watching her children laugh together, Bethany felt a void in her heart begin to fill.

This time, she resolved never to be separated from her two children again.

Noticing Bethany's contentment, Jayson pulled her aside and said, “Bethany, it looks like Rowan messed up just now!"

As Jayson recounted the events, Bethany's expression morphed from curiosity to shock.

“What? He hacked the software of Bates Group?"

"Yes."

"Did Jonathan know that it was him who did that?"

“Rowan claims Jonathan won't be able to trace it back to him, but I don't know much about these things."

Bethany rubbed her forehead, a headache forming. She glanced at Rowan, still happily playing with Nola, and said, “I'll take them out of Odonset immediately, just in case!"

After all, this was Jonathan's territory. It felt perilous everywhere, leaving her with no sense of security.

"I'll come with you." Jayson had come back to find Rowan. Since they were leaving, he saw no reason to stay in Odonset.

Bethany shot him a quick glance, her lips forming a tight line.

“Jayson, I can handle this with the kids. You have your responsibilities abroad. You should go back."

"It's alright. I can request time off."

“But your help feels like a burden too heavy for me," Bethany admitted, her voice earnest. "I consider you and Aimee family, but I can't be with you, Please, don't waste your time on me."

"I chose this, Bethany. You've turned me down many times, and I understand your position. Everything I've done is by my choice. I have no regrets, and I won't force you to be with me or expect anything in return."

Bethany was deeply concerned about this issue.

She always made sure to cover Rowan's expenses overseas by herself, which included a monthly payment to Jayson for his services.

If Jayson had refused, she wouldn't have entrusted him with Rowan's care.

Yet, she still felt she was wasting Jayson's time.

“Jayson, you need your own life, you can't keep focusing solely on me," she said.

Aimee sighed and approached, saying, "Bethany, let him help. We all know how he is! Even his parents can't change his mind."

Bethany fell silent.
