Chapter: 802
Their eyes locked, his intense gaze nearly dissuading her from speaking her mind.

"I'm serious. I'm not playing games," he promised.

"I lack the means and allure to ensure your loyalty. Do you grasp that?"

While Aimee appeared lighthearted, she was acutely conscious of her circumstances.

She harbored no aspirations of ascending the social hierarchy or inviting drama. Her aspirations were straightforward.

As Nikolas absorbed her declaration, a slight smile played on his lips, his attention momentarily drifting to her new pink ensemble, which he found distasteful to the point of wanting to destroy it.

"So, you're set on going to this blind date today, are you?"

"Damn right."

Aimee nodded without much thought.

Her parents had arranged the blind date; she had to attend.

In the next instant, Nikolas pinned her down in the back seat.

Aimee instinctively struggled, but he easily restrained her hands with one of his, lifting them above her head.

"What are you doing?"

"You promised me three times. I want it now!"

Panic surged within her. She tried to kick him, but he seized her ankle and drew her closer. "I told you I changed my mind!"

“I disagree."

Aimee's attempts to speak further were cut short as Nikolas’ patience wore thin.

She always set the rules. He had proposed a compromise, but she remained obstinate. Fine, he would handle it his way.

With a fierce tug, Nikolas ripped her pink dress, his frustration evident.

"Nikolas, are you out of your mind? Let me go!"

"I gave you a chance. A fair chance!"

Who knew how many times he had clenched his fists, gritted his teeth, and tried to reason with her, hoping for understanding and dreading another argument?

Since she still refused, he would take matters into his own hands.

Pinned beneath him, Aimee was overwhelmed by fear and shame. She was terrified of this unhinged side of Nikolas.
