Chapter: 811
With Nikolas standing motionless behind her, Aimee's frustration boiled over. “Why aren't you doing anything?"
“Do you really want to get rid of me that badly?" Nikolas asked.
"Don't you understand the situation at all?" Aimee retorted, her irritation palpable. Fighting to keep her anger in check, she met Nikolas' gaze and pleaded, "Could you please go and get the pills first? We can discuss everything else after I've taken them. It's not safe right now!"
She hadn't planned for this to happen. Nikolas hadn't even thought to use protection.
Panic set in for Aimee.
If she had something to wear, she would've dashed out to get the pills herself.
Nikolas seemed like he wanted to respond, but ultimately, he remained silent. He dressed quickly in casual black attire and left the house.
Aimee washed her face and brushed her teeth, then waited anxiously in Nikolas’ pajamas.
Her thoughts were a whirlwind of confusion.
One thing, however, was crystal clear. She couldn't continue Like this with Nikolas.
She had to make it clear to him that they were worlds apart and a future together was out of the question. She detested everything about Nikolas, except for his looks.
He was a notorious playboy who was reckless and showed little respect for others-and he even had a fleeting crush on Maddie at one point.
There was no way she would ever consider dating him.
When Nikolas returned with the medication, Aimee swallowed it promptly.
"The pharmacist warned there might be side effects like dizziness or nausea," he mentioned.
“Whatever." ALL she cared about was avoiding pregnancy!
Aimee had no intention of waiting for Nikolas to buy her any clothes.
She needed to get away immediately. She had managed to evade her parents’ suspicions for now, but she was sure a lecture awaited her at home.
The mere thought irritated her!
"Can I borrow a T-shirt?" she asked.
Her trousers were fine. She just needed something for the top.
"I can take you shopping for a new one," Nikolas offered.
"No, thanks. I need to leave now," Aimee declined flatly, eager to put distance between them.
As he handed her some clothes, she cautioned, "Pick something cheap. I can't afford an expensive one."
