Chapter: 907
"One time is all you're getting. If you can't agree to that, then there won't be any Lovemaking at all.”

Nikolas saw the seriousness in her eyes and realized he'd found her breaking point. “Alright, you can move in with me.”

Once a day... He could live with that.

“You're overthinking it. I still have work, and my parents won't let me move in with you just yet."

“We've already met your parents. If you're ready, we could get married now. Why won't they agree?"

Nikolas was eager to be with her every day, determined to make sure no one else could approach her.

He couldn't stop thinking about Zeke.

It was so hard to steal Aimee from him. The fear of someone else taking her away worried him deeply.

"We need to give this more time," Aimee said, her tone calm and clear. "Right now, everything seems perfect because we're still in the early stages. But as time goes on, our differences will start to show. If you think it's not going to work, I'll have to move out. But there's no need to make that decision just yet."

She had her own place to live. Jayson had bought her a small apartment.

“Why do you always say we're not right for each other?" Nikolas asked, his frustration clear. "Things are going well between us, aren't they? If something isn't right, just tell me, and I'll do my best to fix it."

"You can't keep making compromises for me, can you?" Aimee believed Nikolas was like a child with a new toy, enjoying it while it was fresh. She knew his patience might run out and things could change.

It was time for her to decide if she could stay with him for the long haul.

Nikolas felt a flicker of irritation.

This relationship seemed harder than he had expected.

He was genuinely humble, so why did she always seem to keep a backup plan?

“Aimee, have I done anything to upset you? I know I'm impulsive and irritable, but that's because you always refuse me. If I truly make a mistake, you can always reconsider things. If you decide to break up with me, I won't bother you again; that's a promise."

Seeing his worried face, Aimee reached out and wrapped her arms around his waist.

She didn't want to discuss rules with him while he was so anxious.

Yet, the idea of living with Nikolas made her feel uneasy.

He had a string of beautiful, younger ex-girlfriends. Aimee felt she didn't measure up to them.

She wondered if she was just a temporary fling. Nikolas had been with many beautiful women and often shifted his interests.

"I'll stay here at least two days a week, okay?" she suggested.

"Hmm. Make it five days," he replied.
