Chapter: 392
When they pulled the lasagna from the oven, the rich scent spread throughout the room.
The warmth it brought pushed back the cold winter night.
After they finished eating, Caden leaned in closer, using the closeness of the table to enjoy more time with Alicia. Pretty soon, they were having sex.
They went through one condom after another.
Caden felt satisfied and leaned in, biting her earlobe lightly. "That was great. I feel revitalized."
Alicia pressed her hand over his mouth, Her cheeks burned as she avoided his gaze.
Caden looked down at her. His gaze bore into her, filled with an intensity that felt almost overwhelming. "Do you have something to say?"
Alicia felt as if she were sinking.
"Caden," she muttered in a breathless voice. "Cum quickly."
Her voice dropped to a barely audible whisper now.
Caden chose to play dumb. "What do you mean by quickly?"
Alicia felt a surge of tension. "No... I meant to say.."
But before she could finish, her words fell away.
Instead, a soft moan escaped her Lips.
The hours slipped by, leaving the night shrouded in darkness.
After they finished, Alicia took a shower and then lay weakly on Caden, feeling utterly drained.
The room was silent, and Caden gently toyed with a strand of her hair.
Alicia felt so sleepy that her thoughts became muddled.
"Caden," she murmured.
“Yes?" he asked, pressing his chest against hers.
“I'm happy," she whispered.
Caden paused before wrapping his arms around her waist.
“Alright.”
Alicia frowned and kept her eyes closed. "You should say the same. It's rude not to."
"No one ever taught me manners," Caden remarked. He could feel her hair and the warmth of her breath on his skin.
He brushed her hair back, over and over.
"Are you really not gonna say it back? Caden, I even made lasagna for you!" Alicia remarked.
Her voice was soft and childlike, weighed down by sleep.
Her words trailed off as her exhaustion took over.
Caden smiled after hearing her speak so childishly towards him. "Why is it so important for you to hear me say it?"
