Chapter: 485
Alicia whimpered from the intense pain.
Caden, momentarily softening, lessened his grip, though his tone remained icy. "Remember this pain. Avoid trouble in the future."
"How am I looking for trouble?" Alicia responded defiantly.
"What do you think?" he retorted.
Caden then produced a pack of wet wipes and started to clean her hands.
She attempted to withdraw her hands.
However, Caden held them firmly, leaving red marks on her pale skin immediately.
He carefully cleaned each finger that had made contact with the male escort.
Alicia flinched from the rough handling.
Between clenched teeth, she questioned, "What are you doing?"
"They're filthy," Caden responded curtly.
She was momentarily left speechless. Then she retorted, "Why do you care about my hands? I didn't touch you. Let go, Caden!"
Caden seemed oblivious to her protests, only stopping when he had thoroughly cleaned each finger.
He then focused on her Lips.
“Did he kiss you after you left the bar?"
Alicia replied with irritation, "So what if he did? You swallowed any trace of him, didn't you?"
Caden's gaze intensified. "Answer me. Did he kiss you?"
"None of your business!" Alicia asserted, each word deliberate.
Caden forcefully held her face, his eyes blazing with anger.
It was the first time Alicia had seen him this enraged.
The intensity was perplexing.
Was he jealous?
Why would he be? He claimed to have no feelings for her.
Alicia tried to turn her head away, refusing to meet his gaze.
But he persisted, undeterred.
Tears welled up in Alicia's eyes, her gaze intense yet silent.
Caden's expression softened momentarily.
He released her, asking, “He didn't touch you, did he?"
His tone showed his need for an answer.
Tears spilled down Alicia's cheeks.
