Chapter: 528
Silently, he left the room.
A pale Yolanda followed him. "Caden..."
At the doorway, Caden's bodyguard blocked her path.
Caden's silhouette quickly vanished from sight.
He reached out to a local contact to organize a private flight back to Warrington immediately.
At that moment, Cliff called.
"Mr. Ward, what's happening?"
He had dispatched people to the specified location upon receiving Caden's message.
Yet, he needed further information.
Caden's tone was notably grave. "Rescue her immediately. And don't alert them. I'm heading back now."
Cliff hadn't seen him this unsettled in ages.
He responded, “Understood.”
Caden moved quickly, gasping for air, completely unaware of Alicia's specific situation.
He said each word with determination, "At all costs."
Cliff was taken aback.
He waited a few seconds before ending the call.
The Flynn family had been unable to contact Monica and had already alerted the police.
Cliff, pursuing leads related to Monica, scrutinized her recent suspicious interactions and soon linked them back to Joshua.
He quickly figured out the likely reason for the kidnapping.
Therefore, he didn't interfere with the police's efforts.
Upon hearing the news, Gerry hurried to assist, expressing his concern. "Cliff, with the Flynn family involving the police so heavily, could this increase the risk to Monica and Alicia?"
Cliff was focused on locating Alicia on the map.
The weak signal on the mountain made it difficult to pinpoint exactly.
His face was stern, and he said with authority, “Joshua is aware of the police involvement, which will distract him, giving my team an opportunity."
Gerry asked, "But what if Joshua becomes desperate?"
Cliff looked at him sharply. "Do you have a better idea?"
Gerry was at a loss for words.
Feeling intimidated by Cliff's imposing physique and his fierce demeanor, Gerry scratched his nose. "I'll keep out of it and let you work."
Cliff, drawing from his military background, was recognized for his firm and relentless approach.
He was definitely a bit fierce.
