Chapter: 638
Exasperated yet intrigued, she glanced at the robot, a plan forming in her mind.

She faced Caden again, her voice steady. "How about we sleep together tonight?"

Caden, utterly taken aback, questioned his hearing.

Alicia, known more for her ferocity than her flirtations, proposing such a thing was astonishing.

Yet, Caden was always up for a challenge.

"Yes," he consented. He declared boldly, "Tonight's first rendezvous will be in the master bedroom."

Despite his outward playfulness, the idea set his pulse racing.

With an effort, he curbed his rising anticipation and retreated to the bathroom.

Once the door clicked shut, Alicia wasted no time. She reactivated the robot and began modifying its code.

Ten minutes after his shower, Caden turned off the water.

A knock echoed on the glass door.

Through the haze, he spotted a blurred figure. "What's the rush? I'LL be out soon," he called out.

Wrapping a towel casually around himself, he opened the door only to be greeted by the smart robot.

His expression soured. "What are you doing here?" he demanded.

The robot's eyes glowed with infrared rays and began a thorough scan of Caden, pausing intently on his bare muscles.

Caden squinted, feeling oddly violated.

“Get lost," he commanded sharply. “Out.”

The robot, however, disregarded his command and advanced a step closer, nearly pressing against him.

Overwhelmed, Caden felt a chill of goosebumps spread across his skin.

He attempted to shut down the robot forcefully, but the shutdown button failed to respond. Instead, the robot embraced him.

Shocked, Caden stared.

Frustration pulsed through his veins as he kicked the robot away.

Despite the force, the robot, unscathed, approached him again.

In desperation, Caden removed its battery, putting an end to the bizarre ordeal.

Still seething, he glanced towards the door, suspecting that the instigator of this prank was outside, likely amused by the chaos.

With a grimace, he headed back for another shower.

Meanwhile, outside the bathroom, Alicia lounged on the sofa with Cade, their attention on the television.

She wasn't really watching. Her focus was on any noise coming from the bedroom.

She had programmed the robot to react to skin, particularly muscles, anticipating a significant reaction from Caden due to his quick temper.

Surprised by the silence, she paused, puzzled. After a moment, she approached the door, Cade in her arms, and pressed her ear against it, listening intently.
