Chapter: 846
Frustrated, she shot back, "You big pervert Why don't you just chop it off, make soup with one half and stir-fry the other? I could eat three big plates of pasta with that!"
Caden raised an eyebrow, clearly taking it as a compliment. "So, you're that impressed with my size, huh? Enough for two dishes?"
Alicia was left speechless.
She couldn't handle it anymore.
She was ready to call the cops and get this guy locked up.
Ever since Corey's Q Robots blew up, Alicia had been spending more and more time at Blizzard Group's headquarters.
Caden was busy digging into Corey while working on new products to compete, and Alicia was there to help out.
“Are you ignoring your gallery?" Caden asked, noticing the dark circles under her eyes from staying up late. "You should head back to your gallery. We don't really need you here."
Alicia shot back, "Mr. Langstaff is doing a better job managing the gallery than I ever did. I just need to check in now and then."
Caden mocked her, "Weren't you the one saying the gallery was your true love? Now you're ditching it without a second thought."
Alicia fired back, "Well, this job pays better. It's good to be versatile."
Caden teased, “So you're here to steal my tricks and plan a coup to take over Blizzard Group in the future?"
Alicia grinned, asking, “Yes! Are you scared?"
“Scared of what? I end up in your grasp every night. Have you ever caught me scared?"
Realizing what he meant, Alicia flushed and glanced around, relieved that no one was listening.
"Why do you never think before you speak?" she scolded.
Caden burst out laughing.
He really enjoyed their little cat-and-mouse game.
However, hidden dangers always seemed to pop up out of nowhere.
Ever since Yolanda teamed up with Corey, she had been hanging around Warrington.
She had tried to meet Caden several times, and even though she kept failing, she didn't give up.
Hank was fed up. "Mr. Ward, she's been waiting downstairs and won't leave until she sees you."
He froze when he realized Alicia was there and quickly fell silent.
Caden shrugged and said, “Just find a way to send her home."
Hank hesitated, glancing at Alicia. He whispered, "Miss Moss has a bit of a temper. She won't let us do anything to her. A few days ago, someone posted a video of her online, and the comments are pretty nasty..."
Caden's expression turned serious.
Knowing the complicated relationship between their families, Alicia said, "Maybe you should just meet with her?"
Caden didn't like her trying to be so generous about it.
“Why should I meet her? What's the point?" he asked.
“You can't keep dodging her. If the Moss family gets involved, it'll just make things tougher for you."
