Chapter: 846
"Over here!" Zeke, dressed in a formal suit, waved to her. Compared to his attire, Aimee looked much more relaxed in her T-shirt, jeans, and sports jacket.

As she walked over, Aimee smiled. “Have you been waiting long?"

“IT just got here," Zeke said, appearing nervous. He moved to the back seat and pulled out a bouquet of roses. "These are for you."

Aimee paused, touched by the gesture.

"I don't know a lot about what girls like. My colleague mentioned that women enjoy roses, so I decided to buy some." Had it been lighter, Zeke's blushing would have been clearly visible.

Aimee accepted the bouquet and settled into the passenger seat.

"What would you like to eat?" Zeke climbed into the driver's seat, buckled up, and fired up the engine.

After thinking for a brief moment, Aimee responded, "How about hot pot?"

"Sure! A colleague recently introduced me to a hot pot place in Odonset that's quite the hit among the well-to-do. It's really good. I'll take you there," Zeke suggested, his eyebrows lifting and his eyes sparkling with the innocence of youth.

Aimee, picking up on something in his demeanor, peered into Zeke's eyes, hesitated slightly, then said, "Can I ask you something? Have you ever been in a relationship?"

Zeke, caught off guard by her question, instinctively ran a hand through his hair and replied, "I had a girlfriend back in high school, but we had to split up a few days after our parents found out."

"Have you not dated anyone since then?"

"No. I've been too busy in my studies and work to even think about FSD."

Aimee trusted Zeke because he seemed too sincere to fabricate.

Yet, Aimee felt increasingly guilty. Zeke was relatively inexperienced, whereas she...

"Well... I need to tell you something," she said.

“Alright, go on!" Zeke pulled over to the side of the road, switched on the cabin light, and focused on her intently.

His formal demeanor made Aimee slightly uncomfortable.

She moistened her lips and confessed, “I've been in several relationships before."

Zeke nodded and said, “Oh, what happened next?"

“I mean, we were intimate, just like any couple would be."

She didn't want to conceal anything from him. She believed it was better to be upfront from the start, so he could make an informed decision and not feel blindsided later.

Zeke seemed shocked for a moment as he processed her words.

With the cabin light on, Aimee noticed the flush on his cheeks and his ears turning a deep shade of red.
